The Quark company offers you:

  • Delivery fees apply to all our products.
  • Delivery is made to home addresses only.
  • Free pickup at our workshop for all products: see the workshop address at the bottom of the page – Paris 18th, France.
  • Worldwide shipping (United States, Canada, etc.) with rates depending on product weight.
  • Shipping fees are calculated and confirmed with you when placing your order, in accordance with the above criteria.
  • Product return: return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • If you wish to return a product, please contact us via the website.
  • All return and refund conditions are listed on this page.
  • For any online purchase within Europe, you have 14 days to withdraw, then 15 days to return the product.

The refund for an order is issued after we receive and inspect the product, for the amount of the order. Find more details in our refund policy.

ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE

This shipping policy aims to define the terms and conditions applicable to shipping a Product to the Client by the Publisher.

ARTICLE 3. DEFINITIONS

Client: any individual or corporate entity registered on the Site.
Site Contents: elements of any kind published on the Site, whether or not protected by intellectual property rights.
The Publisher: NITSN, SAS, in its capacity as publisher of the Site.
Internet User: any person accessing the Site.
Product: any item of any nature sold on the Site.
Site: the website accessible at https://get-quark.com.

ARTICLE 4. SCOPE

The Site is freely accessible to any Internet User. Browsing the Site implies the Internet User’s acceptance of this shipping policy. This acceptance is confirmed upon registration by checking the corresponding box.

By browsing or registering, you fully acknowledge these conditions, implying you have the necessary legal capacity or are acting with the required legal authorization.

ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY

5.1. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are indicated before any payment and only apply to deliveries within mainland France. For other destinations, please contact our customer service.

5.2. Delivery timeframe

Orders are shipped after full payment is received. Certain products or volumes may require additional time, specified when ordering. The processing time is 3 to 6 weeks.

5.3. Damaged package

If a package is damaged, refuse it and inform the seller immediately. A new package will be shipped once we have received the return.

5.4. Reservation of ownership – transfer of risks

The products remain the property of the Publisher until delivery. The Client assumes the risks from the moment the order is placed and must insure the products until the transfer of ownership.

ARTICLE 6. FINAL STIPULATIONS

6.1. Governing law

This policy is governed by French law.

6.2. Amendments

This shipping policy may be amended. The version in effect is the one applicable at the time of order or Site login.

6.3. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties may refer the matter to the Commercial Court of Paris.

6.4. No waiver

The fact that the Publisher does not enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver to enforce it later.

6.5. Telephone solicitation

The Client may register on the Bloctel do-not-call list.
