Do you want to create a wall entirely out of pegboards but aren't sure what the different options are? Aire is here to help and show you a whole range of possibilities!

  • Maximum size: We machine the panels using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. The maximum panel size we can machine in our workshop with our standard machine is 249 x 147 cm . For larger dimensions, please contact us.
  • If your surface area to be covered is very large , it is possible to install several panels.
  • To place the panels side by side, there are different options: glued, spaced a few centimeters apart, separated by a filler strip,...

Side-by-side panels

  • The continuity of the hole grid is ensured.
  • We are sending you a layout plan to approve before manufacturing.
  • If your project uses Birch plywood, the wood tones may vary slightly from panel to panel. We do not recommend this option if you require a consistent color.

Slightly spaced panels

  • During installation, care must be taken to maintain a constant spacing between each panel.
  • If your project is in Birch plywood, the differences in wood tones are mitigated because the panels do not touch.

Non-perforated area

  • It is entirely possible to leave certain areas of the pegboard unperforated.
  • Tell us your requirements, then we will send you a plan to approve before manufacturing.

  • You can combine pegboards with wooden furniture in front of them, such as seating.

Reservations

  • It is also possible to create slots in the pegboard for cables, plugs, electronic devices, or other items. It is also possible to create an access hatch.
