Refund policy

Applicable from 15/12/2021

At AIRE, our refund and returns policy is clear and complies with our legal obligations:

Returning products is the customer’s responsibility and must be arranged with our customer service.
Return shipping costs are also borne by the customer.
The customer must insure the products in transit to cover any risk of damage or destruction.
If products are damaged, the customer is responsible for handling the claim with the insurer in order to obtain a refund.
Returned products will be refunded once they have been received and checked by the AIRE after-sales service.
Service fees are non-refundable.

ARTICLE 1. PARTIES

This refund policy applies between:

And any natural or legal person registered on the site in order to purchase a product (hereinafter “the Customer”).

ARTICLE 2. DEFINITIONS

Customer: any natural or legal person registered on the Site.
Site Content: items published on the Site, whether or not protected by intellectual property rights.
The Publisher: NITSN, SAS, in its capacity as publisher of the Site.
Product: goods sold on the Site by the Publisher to Customers.
Site: the website accessible at the URL https://aire-shop.com/

ARTICLE 3. SCOPE

The Site is freely accessible to any Internet user at no charge. Browsing the Site implies acceptance of these general terms by every Internet user. Merely connecting to the Site, by any means whatsoever, including through a robot or a browser, constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms. When registering on the Site, this acceptance is confirmed by ticking the corresponding box.

The Internet user thereby acknowledges having read these terms in full and accepts them without reservation.

Ticking the aforementioned box is deemed to have the same value as a handwritten signature by the Internet user. The Internet user acknowledges the evidential value of the Publisher’s automatic recording systems and, unless they provide evidence to the contrary, waives the right to challenge them in the event of a dispute.

These general terms apply to the relationship between the parties to the exclusion of any other terms, in particular those of the Internet user.

Acceptance of these general terms implies that Internet users have the legal capacity required to do so or, failing that, that they have the authorisation of a guardian or curator if they lack legal capacity, of their legal representative if they are minors, or that they hold a mandate if they act on behalf of a legal entity.

ARTICLE 4. PURPOSE OF THE SITE

The purpose of the Site is the sale of Products to Customers.

ARTICLE 5. RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Any product return must be arranged in advance with our customer service via contact@aire-shop.com.
The customer must insure returned products in transit to cover any risk of loss or damage.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned in their original condition and properly protected.
If returned products are damaged, the customer must handle the insurance claim in order to obtain a refund. AIRE will not handle these claims.
Service or processing fees relating to the order are non-refundable.
Once our after-sales service has received and checked the products, returned products will be refunded to the payment method used when placing the order.

ARTICLE 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision via contact@aire-shop.com.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the notification, in their original condition and properly packaged.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Returned products will be refunded within 14 days of their receipt and inspection by the after-sales service.
